Your Home Carer will have completed an Alzheimer's and Dementia Care training program so you can have peace of mind knowing they are knowledgeable trusted carer.

House Keeping and Companionship

We can provide housekeeping and companionship. This gives you the peace of mind that there is someone you can all on at any time of the day or night.

Enablement Services

We can support you while you prepare for hospital treatment or following a stay in hospital. Enablement (sometimes called reablement or re-enablement is about helping people become more independent and improve their quality of life.

Enablement is different to traditional home care because it focuses on helping you learn or relearn how to do these everyday tasks such as:

• making a meal or hot drink for yourself
• getting out of bed
• personal care
• moving around for yourself rather than someone else doing the tasks for you.
